Join us to hear Sally Boyle, International Head of Human Capital at Goldman Sachs talk about lessons learned during her career.

What happens when the concept of a career ladder no longer makes sense? How do you navigate a career at the same time as raising a young family? If you change direction, how easy is it to go back again?

Sally Boyle began her working life as an employment lawyer with Simmons & Simmons. Stepping back from her City career, she moved to Cambridge to bring up her young family and joined Mills & Reeve, where she made partner.

She returned to the City with Goldman Sachs, moving from law to HR and is now a partner and the International Head of Human Capital.

Sally will discuss how she used the opportunity to switch from full-time to part time, from the City to Cambridge and back again, and from employment law to HR to achieve her personal and professional goals.
